Thailand’s national striking art in Cherngtalay, Bang Tao. Ten Thai coaches with stadium and world titles, classes six days a week, for complete beginners and fighters.

Train authentic Muay Thai with experienced Thai coaches in a focused, supportive environment. Whether you are completely new to martial arts or already have striking experience, our program builds real skills while improving your fitness, confidence and conditioning.
Often called Thai Boxing, Muay Thai is Thailand's national sport and one of the most respected striking arts in the world. Using punches, kicks, knees and elbows, it develops powerful striking while strengthening the whole body and sharpening mental focus. The gym is in Cherngtalay, minutes from Bang Tao, Laguna and Surin, so you can train mornings and afternoons without crossing the island.
No experience needed. You start with stance, guard, footwork and the basic punches, kicks, knees and elbows, with a trainer correcting you on the pads. Prefer to start one to one? Book a private session first.
Tell the coach what you have done and you go straight into combinations, defence, clinch work and harder pad rounds. Ten coaches with different styles, Femur, Khao, Tae and Sok, so you can work on the part of your game you came for.
Train with coaches who fought at Lumpinee, Rajadamnern, Om Noi and Phuket Stadium and who corner fighters across Thailand, Southeast Asia and Europe. Ask the coaching team about fight preparation.
No booking is needed for a group class. Join the 08:00 – 09:30 or 16:00 – 17:30 class, arrive 10 to 15 minutes early and tell the team it is your first time, so a coach can meet you and pair you with the right trainer. Classes run 90 minutes. Our guide to your first Muay Thai class covers what to wear, gear hire and how the class runs.
A traditional class begins with a warm up to prepare the body. Skipping rope, shadowboxing and light movement to fire up the muscles and improve mobility. From there the focus moves to technique, with partners and trainers drilling combinations, defence and proper striking mechanics.
Training often includes pad work with the trainers and heavy bag drills that build timing, power and endurance. Some classes add controlled sparring focused on learning and timing rather than power. Sessions finish with conditioning and stretching to support recovery.
A single class is 450 Baht and is valid for the day, so you can try the gym before choosing a pass or membership.
Muay Thai group classes run Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 09:30, and Monday to Friday, 16:00 – 17:30. Each class is 90 minutes. The afternoon class shares the gym with MMA, in its own area. See the full weekly timetable.
You do not have to sign up to a camp. A single class is 450 Baht. Five classes are 2,125 Baht, valid 15 days, and 10 classes are 4,000 Baht, valid 30 days. Validity starts the first time you use the pass, so rest days and beach days do not waste classes.
Training twice a day? Unlimited Martial Arts covers every Muay Thai, MMA and BJJ class plus open gym: 800 Baht for a day, 3,000 Baht for a week, 10,000 Baht for a month. All prices in Thai Baht, tax included, no contract. Full pricing.

One to one with a Thai coach on the pads, or with one or two friends (2:1 or 3:1), at a time that suits you. A private session suits a nervous beginner who wants the basics before a group class, a visitor with only a few days on the island, or an experienced student working on one thing: a kick, the clinch, timing, ring movement. Message us on WhatsApp to book, and tell us if there is a coach you would like to train with.
Muay Thai is one of the most effective ways to improve overall fitness. Because it pairs cardiovascular training with explosive striking, it delivers a full-body workout that strengthens the core, improves coordination and builds stamina. Beyond the physical, it develops mental discipline and resilience that carry into everyday life.
